What is a quote?

A quote is the proposed price for a specific rental accommodation. This price takes into account the length of the rental and your specific needs.

When you receive a quote, you’ll be given the price per night. You’ll also be provided with a link to the listing of the accommodation, which includes photos and a detailed description.

With this information in hand, you can decide whether or not you want to rent the accommodation. If you don’t want to rent that one, we’ll offer you another.

Are there any hidden costs?

No. The proposed price in a quote and in your rental agreement includes all fees and charges, including:

  • Heating and electricity

  • High-speed Internet

  • Housekeeping or other fixed costs

  • Sinistar service fees

  • Applicable taxes

That means no surprises! The price indicated is the invoiced price.

Does the price change if I need to extend my stay?

If the host agrees to let you extend your stay, your rental agreement will be renewed at the same price per night, until your new scheduled departure date.
