As a host, you use the Sinistar platform as an individual or single entity. Therefore, you have no employment relationship with Sinistar.

That said, you must still follow the rules of conduct set out in our Terms and Conditions. For example, you cannot compete with Sinistar by directly contacting insurance companies to offer your services.

If you break the rules, you could lose your Sinistar account, and, in turn, stop receiving rental offers.
