If you’re facing a serious and unexpected situation that prevents you from staying at your temporary accommodation, contact your Sinistar agent as soon as possible. He or she will see if your reservation can be cancelled.

If necessary, you can ask your claims adjuster to inform us. In this case, you are responsible for making sure that this information was received by us. In case of delay, you may have to pay an additional charge.
If your cancellation request is accepted, you will still have to pay the nights that you stayed in the accommodation.
