Here are the steps to take.

Your Sinistar host must provide you with a clean and tidy accommodation. If you’re not satisfied with the cleaning, call your host. Typically, it’s an honest mistake and the host will come and correct the situation.

In the event of a major issue

Is the host refusing to cooperate or is the accommodation very unclean? Take pictures then contact your Sinistar agent. They’ll take steps to find a solution. If necessary, you’ll be offered another accommodation.
