We work very hard with our hosts to offer you the best possible experience. That said, there may be times when the accommodation you have chosen doesn’t meet your expectations. We know how frustrating these situations can be, so we do everything in our power to find a solution.
Here’s what to do if you’re not satisfied with your accommodation:
Contact your SiniSTAR Agent within 24 hours after you have arrived at the accommodation.
Take photos and/or videos to document the problem. This will help us understand the situation.
