address of your temporary lodging
time of arrival
time of departure
details on how to access the accommodation (e.g.: code to unlock the lock)
password for wireless Internet (Wi-Fi)
contact information of your Sinistar host

Here’s what to do.
Check your junk or spam mail folder. They may end up there by mistake.
If they are not, contact your Sinistar agent. He or she will resend them to you.
