Minimum criteria
We send rental offers only to hosts whose accommodation:
Is approved
Is located near the policyholder's home
Meets the policyholder's criteria (number of rooms, capacity, etc.)

In some areas, however, dozens of hosts may meet the minimum criteria. That's why we’ve introduced an algorithm to identify the accommodations that best meet the needs of the policyholders.
Accommodation ranking algorithm
Once we have identified the accommodations that meet the minimum criteria, our algorithm ranks them from best to worst match with the policyholder's needs.
Then, we contact hosts in waves, starting with the top-ranked ones, until we receive enough quality quotes.
This way, hosts only receive offers for rentals they have a good chance of getting. And policyholders have access to accommodations that best suit their needs.
How to increase your chances of receiving rental offers
If you receive few offers (or fewer than before), you could explore the following options to increase your chances of being contacted.
Response rate and time
The algorithm takes into account your response rate and reactivity. So, responding to all offers promptly can help you receive them more often.
Reviews on stays
We also rely on what the policyholder you have hosted thought of your accommodations and the quality of your service. Providing an exceptional experience to policyholders can help you be contacted more often.
